Just curious how real estate people are making ends meet. The "easy" money of listing and selling and taking people
’s equity has put a temporary freeze on your earnings. Just was curious as to what other means you all have at this time?

Unfortunately real estate agents and REALTORS are making more money than ever selling the houses of people who were taken advantage of during the last few years and now must sell their houses becausethey cannot make their mortgage payments when the interest rate adjusts upward.

This is a tragedy because the bulk of them did not represent their clients interests properly. That is the reason that we are in the credit crisis that we are in with the record number of foreclosures.

The REALTORS and real estate agents did not do their jobs. They did not represent their clients interests. Now they are profiting from their client’s tragedies and loss of their client’s homes.

I recommend that in any real eestate transaction that you hire an atorney who specializes in real estate law to represent your interests even if there is also a REALTOR or real estate agent involved.

Also hire your own real estate appraiser to protect your interests. This should be a real estate appraiser who is not representing the lender’s interest. Your interest is very different from that of the lender.

Even at 14 you can start up and operate your own business. Your local library will have many book titles in their collections that your Librarian can point you do… specifically "Fast Cash for Kids" by Bonnie & Noel Drew. When it comes to your request for "quick money," be warned that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t fall into any of the many scams out there. You have to work for money… it doesn’t just fall into your lap. Use your skills, interests, and experiences to create a legitimate business and set up a ROTH IRA for investments. Your parents will need to help you. By starting young, you will finish rich. Set your goals in order to accomplish them and make them realistic. When you find a need that others have (individuals or businesses) and can help them make money, save money, save time or get peace of mind you will have the answer. If you get business licenses, collect and pay taxes, and write off your business expenses you will have a legal business and make more money than working for an employer. Do something today to get on track. Brainstorm your talents and ask potential customers what they are seeking in a business. Don’t give up. It’s one thing to ask your question but unless you do something, you’ll be 15 or 18 or 25 asking for ways to quick money. Start NOW. Your library is a great and free resource to help educate yourself on business and whatever industry you choose.

After surfing the web for making money sites, I’m very confused. What is the best way to make money online today? I have a lot of time that I can focus on making money but where do I go?

Hey i need to find a way to make money online. I just want a little source of income. What i dnt like is those little ptc sites that pay you like .10 cents every now and then and you make like 2.00 a week. I want something where i can make enough money where i can buy clothes and stuff to support my family. If anyone knows please help.
